On the edge of the present forest of Artzubi, in an area called Elexalde-Arratzu is this building dated 1745 which once had annexed a mill known as Arratzu Errota, later converted into a farm.
It is currently the most notable house when arriving in this mysterious corner of the Basque Country (Spain)
