Artist's Description
Willy DeVille created original songs rooted in traditional American musical styles. He worked with collaborators from across the spectrum of contemporary music, including Jack Nitzsche, Doc Pomus, James Luther Dickinson, Dr. John, Mark Knopfler and Allen Toussaint. He lives sometimes in New Orleans where explored blues riffs, doo-wop and Cajun music. His first band Mink DeVille was a house band at CBGB, the historic New York City nightclub where punk rock was born in the mid-1970s
About Micah Offman
Micah Offman as a photographer resided in Tucson, AZ but had the opportunity to travel throughout the world and, as a result, the chance to capture a host of intriguing images from many different countries. Micah is interested in photographing disparate subjects, often filtered with dream-like atmospheres or with music as inspiration. All of his images have a special look that is the result of his commitment to making photographs treated in detail. Furthermore, his passion for science fiction and fantasy themes has also led him to produce some works using AI (Artificial Intelligence) finding its originality here too.
