Artist's Description
The Tower of Hercules is the oldest lighthouse in use today
It is an ancient Roman lighthouse know as the "Farum Brigantium" on a peninsula about 2.4 km (1.5 mi) from the center of A Coruña, Galicia, in north-western Spain.
The structure stands 55 meters (180 ft) tall and overlooks the North Atlantic coast of Spain. It was built in the 2nd century and renovated in 1791.
About Micah Offman
Micah Offman as a photographer resided in Tucson, AZ but had the opportunity to travel throughout the world and, as a result, the chance to capture a host of intriguing images from many different countries. Micah is interested in photographing disparate subjects, often filtered with dream-like atmospheres or with music as inspiration. All of his images have a special look that is the result of his commitment to making photographs treated in detail. Furthermore, his passion for science fiction and fantasy themes has also led him to produce some works using AI (Artificial Intelligence) finding its originality here too.
