Otero de Sariego is a practically uninhabited locality in the Lagunas de Villafafila nature reserve, Spain.
Originally salt was extracted from these lagoons, from which the name derives, another activity was the breeding of pigeons in special shelters. Although this activity is substantially abandoned, and hunting prohibited, pigeons and other birds continue to frequent and proliferate in these places.

Micah Offman as a photographer resided in Tucson, AZ but he had the opportunity to travel throughout the world and, as a result, the chance to capture a host of intriguing images from many different countries. Micah is interested in photographing a wide number of different subjects often filtered with dream-like atmospheres or with music as inspiration.
