This is the "Fearless" Dolly carrying a tubes camera with interesting four lenses rotating interchanger. These devices dating between the 60s and 70s were used by the Cuban broadcasting television.
The dolly provides seats for the cameramen and for the dolly driver and everything is still working even if (mistake for the exhibition) the head is installed in the wrong way. The tilt is in the perpendicular direction in this way
